1. BED
- The stress analasis was applied to the bed structure design for maintaining the best condition to support the heavy load and cutting force and to minimize the distortion, deflection and dampen vibration.
- Table drive unit for principal value with driving system and a surface for column installation.
- A column on a high strength bed produces very high precision work.
- For convenient chip discharge and recycle of coolant, a tilted outlet is designed.

2. MOTOR & TABLE GEAR ARRANGEMENT
- A main motor is directly connected to the shafts and gears.
- Main spindle, shafts and gears are made of special alloy steel and carburizing hardened or induction hardened, fully stress relieved, and then precision ground with extra accuracy for maximum performance.
- The power is transmitted to the table through the automatically shifted two speed gear box which generates enough speed and toque to satisfy high performance machining requirement.
- No slip by belt and torque loss is minimal compared to belt drive structure. (Torque loss by belt is normally 30%)

3. COLUMN
- The column is the most important part for cutting operation and so requires a very high strength.
- Strongly single molded with box shape RIB and radial RIB.
- The bottom of the column, fitted with pin and bolt for precision correction, is tightly fixed on the top of the bed.
- The top of the column is connected to the cross rail to support with enough strength.

4. CROSSRAIL
- High rigidity of one-piece cast iron construction composed of strong triangle truss shape RIB and box shape RIB.
- The slideway is high frequency heat treated and ground to sustain stable and high precision.
- Keep the stable and high precision accuracy by the bolt on the column during heavy duty cutting.
- Auto lubrication system reduces friction and supplies regular oil for prohibiting erosion.

5. SADDEL & RAM
- The saddle is confined at the slideway of the cross rail, moved by X-axis feeding unit.
- Ram of box shape rib construction with totally enclosed single square slideway.
- Fluorine resin series bearing tape (turcite) is installed at the ram slideway for precise sliding.
- No changeable accuracy during heavy duty cutting by high intensity.

6. COMPARISON OF RAM & SADDLE STRUCTURE
- Saddle of one-piece massive casting is totally enclosing the ram.
- Ram of one-piece massive casting is heat-treated and ground for optimal sliding.
- These features maximize the accuracy and stability even during heavy duty cutting.
7. RAM BALANCING DEVICE
- Compensate the vertical weight of ram head caused by self-weight of tool head and spindle.
- Balance weight can be adjusted by the counter balance valve.
